Miley Cyrus and boyfriend Justin Gaston visit Stephen Baldwin at his book signing at the Lifeway Christian Store in Franklin, Tennessee on Monday.

Miley posed next to Stephen's tattoo which reads "HM." I'm sure Miley thought it would be cute to pose next to it because of 'Hannah Montana.'
